December 17 – Lesson Learned. What was the best thing you learned about yourself this past year? And how will you apply that lesson going forward? (Author: Tara Weaver)
The best thing I learned is how much I need my creative side. I say this every year, but the different things I've done - visiting Paris, creating a Paris scrapbook, visiting museums - combined with the day to day things in my non-creative life have shown me that I really need to do something about this. Seriously. I'm at the crossroad I knew was coming this time last year, and it's time to move forward. In moving forward, it's going to be important for me to create a life where creation happens.
